My Chinese name is "Yiqiao," meaning "bridge". I strive to connect "bridges" in everything I do.

As an experienced customer service veteran, I've discovered that I love connecting with people and taking them through delightful experiences. As a cognitive scientist, I've always been curious about the "hows" and "whys" in the human mind. When I connect the bridge between these two passions, I find myself in Product. Not only does it allow me to connect bridges between people and different experiences, but it connects and enriches me with the world. I'm able to discover surprising but meaningful narratives that bridge more learning, inclusivity, and connections for myself and others. In order to create better experiences, I think it's crucial to first understand people's behaviors, needs, and emotions by uncovering that deeply rooted "why". That's the bridge between my experiences in the service industry, cognitive science, and product.
